Information. Oliver feels as though he comes from a far more mundane background than the majority of Audentes and has struggled to find a role for himself on the team. He lacks confidence in many areas and doesn't believe himself to be crucial or even useful much of the time.

His specialty lies in technology originating from 21st century Earth, and he has been working to expand that to tech that he encounters on missions. Oliver is more adaptable than he gives himself credit for, and has shown himself to be a quick thinker under stress. He would benefit from improving basic combat skills, but this is not where his true potential lies.

ALASTAIR ABILITIES

Mechanical Intuition (Stage Two)

• An innate understanding of more complex machines that are familiar to him (automobiles, computers, etc...) as well as basic alien technology (on a similar theoretical level to household appliances).
  
• Ability to understand more complex alien technology (space ships, weaponry, magitek, etc...) with time and focus. The more complicated the technology, the longer it will take and the more likely he will be to run into snags. He will have a slightly easier time if only trying to figure out a particular function.
  
• Anything unknown to ALASTAIR will be extremely difficult (taking several days of work) and he will only be able to work out basic mechanics, or find it outright impossible in some cases.
