DAY

There's very little to set Oliver apart from any human during in the day. His index finger is longer than his middle finger, and upon inspection his nails are very thick. He will have eyeshine if light is shone into his eyes.

Otherwise, the differences are a lot less obviously monstery in nature. Because of his nightly changes meaning it's back to its natural state each morning he's less likely to keep up with any body hair maintenance. So far as most will see it just means he has hairier hands than anyone realized previously. Be nice. He's sensitive. Luckily staying clean shaven is no harder thanks to his face only partially transforming at night.

NIGHT & FOGS

At night, Oliver is far larger far larger, growing to a height of [9' or 12']. The top part of his face appears entirely animal, but beneath the nose it still looks human. The line between the two doesn't appear natural, almost as though the top of a large raccoon skull has been fused onto the head of a person. The muzzle is rather short, not much longer than his nose would be during the day, and the whiskers spread to the more human part of his face. All of his teeth bear a resemblance to a raccoon's, though the most obvious by far are his sharp canines.

His overall frame is human, but he has paws for both his hands and feet in addition to a ringed tail. His nails are replaced by claws, and he's almost entirely covered in black and gray fur. There are patches where human skin can still be seen on his torso and upper arms, but these are small.

During fogs he is limited to this form permanently unless he wants to appear as a regular raccoon or make use of the brief period of time his skinchanger form allows him.

ABILITIES

INCREASED STRENGTH Oliver is far stronger than any human and some monster types.
SHARP SENSES No more glasses for this guy. He has a keen sense of sight, hearing, and smell. This is especially true at night, but even in the day these senses are better than those of a human.
INCREASED CLIMBING ABILITY He is able to climb with great ease.
RACCOON FORM Oliver is able to take on the form of a raccoon bearing the same markings as his usual night form. Save for human speech, he only has the capabilities of a normal raccoon.
SKINCHANGER FORM While in his night form Oliver is able to remove his pelt to regain the appearance of a human. He keeps all of his abilities he would normally have as a werebear, but if his raccoon skin is damaged or he does not put the skin back on within an hour he will be seriously weakened. He is only able to take on this form once per night.

WEAKNESSES

SILVER Silver will burn even on contact, and cause more severe injuries should it penetrate his skin.
POST-TRANSFORMATION FATIGUE While turning into his night form is painful, it actually leaves him feeling energized. The opposite is true of turning back. Oliver is exceptionally tired after his morning transformation and needs several hours of sleep to recover.
EMOTION TRANSFORMATION Moments of high emotion can cause a partial transformation in Oliver. Anger is particularly likely to spark this reaction.
TERRITORIAL INSTINCTS Oliver is highly territorial of his apartment, though is comfortable with those he knows well or feel belong there being in his space. He is protective of his work cubicle, too, though to a lesser degree.
HUNTING INSTINCT All werebears feel the urge to hunt. Oliver is no different.
DIET Oliver must consume human flesh in order to sustain himself. Refraining for too long will cause him to lose control.
