STANDARD FORM At 7', Oliver should easily make for an imposing figure. While in some ways this is still true, his appearance is more unsettling than intimidating. His extra height seems to come largely from unnaturally long legs. His arms are similarly stretched out, and his entire body appears emaciated, lacking any kind of muscle mass. His face is every bit as gaunt as the rest of him, and the skin around his eyes is paler than the rest. That, along with the green tinge to his skin, gives off the impression of being permanently sick. Long, thing tendrils grow in place of hair at a pace that makes it impractical to keep short. While most of it is green, there are three golden strands hidden within. It is damp and rubbery to the touch, and smells strongly of seaweed. In place of human ears he has those resembling a mule. His legs are coated in a dark brown fur, and are similar reminiscent of a mules in their structure. He has hooves in place of feet, and while his hands are still human his nails are thicker and black in color. A long tail feeds through the back of his pants, tipped off with a tuft of the same seaweed that grows from his head. TRAVEL FORM Oliver may take on the appearance of a mule if he wishes or occasionally when he is startled. This form is emaciated and unhealthy looking, with a mane and tail of seaweed. Looking inside his mouth will reveal a row of sharp, needle like teeth. FOG During fogs Oliver's appearance changes very little, but his face morphs fully into that of a mule. His teeth close resemble needles in this shape, and his seaweed hair grows down the line of his back like a mane. ABILITIES SHARP SENSES As a kelpie his senses are enhanced. This is especially true underwater, but he no longer needs to wear his glasses at any time. BREATHE UNDERWATER He is able to breathe while underwater and above. COMPEL HUMANS He is able to compel a human to approach him by maintaining eye contact, but only in his travel form. TRAVEL FORM Oliver can turn into a sickly looking mule. If touched by a human in this shape they will find themselves stuck until he wills it otherwise. WEAKNESSES SKITTISH NATURE Oliver is skittish, and upon being especially startled or scared may unwillingly turn into a mule. DIET Oliver requires human energy in order to survive. This must be obtained through drowning his victim.
